By registering and using fate.ph, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not register or continue using our platform.

1. User Content

   Users are solely responsible for the content they publish. You agree not to post content that:

   • Is defamatory, obscene, or promotes hatred or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other factor.
   • Promotes illegal activities or is intended to incite violence.
   • Violates the intellectual property rights of others.
   • Contains malicious software or links to malicious websites.
   • Contains sexually explicit material or pornography

2. Compliance with the Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act)

   Users will not create content or do actions that violate the Cybercrime Prevention Act, including cyberbullying, identity theft, and others. You agree not to post content that is illegal.

3. Privacy

   We respect the privacy of our users. Personal information provided to fate.ph will be treated in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

4. Changes to Terms

   fate.ph reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

   While we strive to maintain the integrity of our platform, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of our platform.

6. Termination

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and conditions without notice.

7. Governing Law

   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate Philippine court.
